Sodalite is a stone of rational thought, truth and intuition. It fires up your inner guardian angel. Use this mala to quiet overactive thoughts in order to hear the tiny inner voice of truth that is your intuition. Once we hear what to do, it is up to us to trust our instincts and act on them. The throat chakra connection with this stone allows you to easily speak this inner truth. The more we practice hearing and acting on that inner voice, the more we can trust that we are our own guru. Tust that the great inner knowing has always been inside us.

While we have chosen a mantra of “I trust my instincts” for our 6mm sodolite mala, you can easily charge it up with any intention/mantra of your choosing.

Hamsa Bead

Every omCAKIom necklace is adorned with a mother of pearl hamsa bead. The hamsa is a symbol of protection and blessings. Along with protection, it brings the wearer luck, happiness and good fortune. With every hamsa bead strung, I do a meditation with visualization of the wearer being blessed and protected by white light. A little added energetic bonus!

Mother of Pearl

Mother of Pearl is not a mineral given it’s organic origins. However, it is very soothing and nourishing. Pearls are born when a piece of sand finds its way into a mollusk and irritates it until it attempts to sooth itself with a coating of nacre. The layers of the pearl are built out of mollusks innate desire to nourish itself. Metaphysical properties usually mirror physical properties, and that is true with mother of pearl. It encourages self-love and self-nurturing. It is also a stone of metamorphosis. The sand enters as a drab tan bit and emerges as a beautiful pearl.
