Rose quartz is the ultimate heart stone. Its soft pink energy is known to help open the heart chakra so that you can send and receive love more easily. Lepidolite is a stone most well known to help with anxiety. Lepidolite is a variety of Muscovite (Mica). Lepidolite is awesome for anxiety. Its energy encourages one to let go of behavioral patterns that lead to a stressful psychological environment. The mirror like quality of the rock, allows one to look within and see what is standing in the way of happiness. The gentle pink haze softens this kind of introspection, activating heart energy which inspires self compassion. Moonstone is connected to the moon, and her cycles, and reminds us that everything in life will end and begin again. Change is to be accepted so that we can keep a grace when things are in flux. Moonstone is also quite calming, harnessing an energy that mirrors the stillness of the night. This stillness can be used to keep emotions under control, honing the power to respond and not react. When we are calm and zen, we can remain un-phased when life throws us wildcards.
