– Lepidolite Mala –

Lepidolite is a variety of Muscovite (Mica). It has a sweet pink coloring to the mirror like mineral. Lepidolite is awesome for anxiety. Its energy encourages one to let go of behavioral patterns that lead to a stressful psychological environment. The mirror like quality of the rock, allows one to look within and see what is standing in the way of happiness. The gentle pink haze softens this kind of introspection, activating heart energy which inspires self compassion. Anxiety, depression and stress all arise when we are out of alignment with our soul path. This does not discount the severity of these afflictions, but offers some new perspective. What can you let go of in this moment? Use this mala to help remind you of what you are working to free within yourself to create more freedom.

While we have chosen a mantra of “Let it go” for our lepidolite mala, you can easily charge it up with any intention/mantra of your choosing.

Hamsa Bead

Every omCAKIom necklace is adorned with a mother of pearl hamsa bead. The hamsa is a symbol of protection and blessings. Along with protection, it brings the wearer luck, happiness and good fortune. With every hamsa bead strung, I do a meditation with visualization of the wearer being blessed and protected by white light. A little added energetic bonus!

Mother of Pearl

Mother of Pearl is not a mineral given it’s organic origins. However, it is very soothing and nourishing. Pearls are born when a piece of sand finds its way into a mollusk and irritates it until it attempts to sooth itself with a coating of nacre. The layers of the pearl are built out of mollusks innate desire to nourish itself. Metaphysical properties usually mirror physical properties, and that is true with mother of pearl. It encourages self-love and self-nurturing. It is also a stone of metamorphosis. The sand enters as a drab tan bit and emerges as a beautiful pearl.
