SHIPPING
All packages will usually be shipped within 5 days. Holidays and clearly posted delays on the site are the exception. Anything that is sent with free shipping will sent USPS priority mail with tracking and should arrive in 2-8 business days after sending confirmation. Once a package has been sent you will be provided with a tracking number and can see the progress of the shipment.
If you choose a faster shipping option, your item will still be shipped by USPS priority mail, but your package will ship the same day if the order is placed before 12pm or the next business day at the latest. You will be sent a shipping confirmation as soon as it has been dropped at the post office informing you of your shipping timing estimate.
If you are ever in a huge hurry and need something ASAP, please email me at info@omcakiom.com and I will work with you to see if we can get you what you need in the speediest of ways.
Custom orders usually take an average of 2 – 3 weeks production time before shipping. You can feel free to contact me directly if you need a quicker turn around time, but it will depend on my current work load. Usually I can try to make an exception, but not always.
RETURNS
omCAKIom will accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be in the original conditions (must have the tag, box, info card and bag) to be eligible for a refund.
- Custom orders are not refundable.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Return must be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery.
- The buyer pays for the return shipping fee.
- Please contact me first before submitting any return.
