For this mala I chose the mantra “Main Character Energy”. This is less a statement, and more a general vibe. Pyrite is a stone of the solar plexus. It is a stone of hustle, inspiring ambition & productivity while keeping things high vibe. Pyrite is full of fire energy. It helps boost our ego in a positive way, inspiring us to overcome fear and take action. Use Pyrite to call in abundance and give you the motivation to achieve what you desire. It is also a stone known to promote balance between instinct and intuition & creativity and analysis.

Pyrite also a great stone for entrepreneurs. Use it to inspire faith in yourself, which can heighten success and increase enthusiasm.  Pyrite, coupled with a strong intention, is the perfect pair to help increase self-worth and realize your own potential.

One of the most important and empowering things to discover is that our story is are our own. You are the main character of your story. While we always hear from others how we should be doing things. But at the end of the day, it is only you who make the choices that dictate the path of your life. Have faith that your choices are exactly what is needed for your story. You are exactly where you are supposed to be, and you have the power to choose a new path if you want a future different than your today.

I chose the mantra “Main Character Energy” for this pyrite mala, but you can charge your mala with any mantra of your choosing. To do this, sit quietly with your beads in your hands. Imagine white light spreading through each bead to clear. Then repeat your new mantra, visualizing it filling every bead in the mala, VOILA!

Hamsa Bead

Every omCAKIom necklace is adorned with a mother of pearl hamsa bead. The hamsa is a symbol of protection and blessings. Along with protection, it brings the wearer luck, happiness, and good fortune. While stringing every hamsa bead, I do a meditation with visualization of the wearer being blessed and protected by white light. A little added energetic bonus!

Mother of Pearl

Mother of Pearl isn’t a mineral given its organic origins, but it is known to be very soothing and nourishing. Pearls are born when a piece of sand finds its way into a mollusk and irritates it until it attempts to sooth itself with a coating of nacre. The layers of the pearl are built out of mollusks innate desire to nourish itself. Metaphysical properties usually mirror physical properties, and that is true with mother of pearl. It encourages self-love and self-nurturing. It is also a stone of metamorphosis. The sand enters as a drab tan bit and emerges as a beautiful pearl.
