Palo Santo is holy wood (literal Spanish translation) from South America. It’s calming and fragrant smoke cleanses any object or space and brings blessings to those who use it in their rituals. Our Palo Santo is ethically sourced and not endangered. I use this amazing smelling wood in my own home. I also fully recognize that trying to use it to “smudge” is culturally inappropriate for me. That said, I intuitively use it how it feels right in my home and welcome you to do the same.
