Shipping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Orders placed with free shipping will go out with whatever shipping method is least expensive. Sometimes this is UPS Ground and sometimes this is USPS Priority Mail. If you select 3 day shipping, your order is pushed up to priority status and will go out first by USPS priority mail.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We might ship internationally on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are quite high and you need to be sure you can also cover whatever fees are dictated by your home country. If you need to ship internationally, please contact us at [email protected] for further information.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Packages go in the mail within 3-5 days unless the top bar of the website indicates otherwise. After processing, packages will usually arrive in less than 8 business days. We put $50 insurance on all packages and once items are shipped it will be your responsibility to track and/or file a claim if the item is lost or damaged.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We take payments through Stripe, Paypal, and Afterpay.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
All of our payments are redirected through Stripe, Paypal or Afterpay. We do not keep or ever see your payment details. The exchange of money is between you and these entities ensuring the safety of every transaction.

How do I place an Order?
Add your item to your cart, pay with your chosen method and wait for your magic to arrive!
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel an order you can do so before the item is in the mail. Once an item is shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel or made a mistake email us at [email protected].
How Do I Track My Order?
Tracking will be emailed to you once your item is in the mail. Keep in mind that sometimes it takes a few hours for your tracking to be added to the system. If you received a tracking email, your box is headed your way so you shouldn’t have to wait more than one evening.
Do you accept returns?
We generally don’t accept returns, but we are humans and will work with you if something has come up that is making a return a necessity. Please email us if you need further assistance [email protected].
Custom orders are not returnable.
