When we are fully in the present moment there is less time to worry about the future or have anxiety about the past. Dipotase also encourages a positive attitude and strengthens your mindset practice. In this way, it aids in a fresh perspective around lack. Overcoming a sense of lack leads to a richer present moment with whatever you do have. Dioptase is also good for direction, use it in meditation when you are struggling to figure out what to do next.

Wulfenite is a stone of the solar plexus chakra. It ignites the fire to finish the task, increasing persistence. It brings awareness of the shadow self, reducing any drive to take positivity to a toxic level. We aren’t intended to be sweetness and light all the time, there is wonderful balance in this life between the light and dark.
